Hazrath Ameen Biabani (R.A.) was son and spiritual successor of Hazrath Syed Shah Fazil Biabani – I (R.A.). He was saint of miracles (Arif sahib-e-kamal). His behaviour was unique. He used to weep and shed tears at happy occasions and laugh at the time of perplexity. He used to spend whole night solely praying Allah, as said in the Holy Quran in 2 Ayat of Sura Al-Muzzammil; "keep vigil the night long, save a little". During all his lifetime, he continuously invoked 'Allah Hazir', 'Allah Nazir', 'Allah Shahid', day and night.

According to the book 'punch Gunj', once the Nizam of Hyderabad camped at Aurangabad. Then it was a period of drought. It is said that prices were soaring high, even six kilos of corn could not be bought for a rupee at that time. While Hazrath Ameen Biabani (R.A.) was passing by the palace he saw the Nawab returning from hunting and greeted him. The Nawab shook his hands in respect and took him into the palace and requested him to pray for relief from drought. He offered rupees two hundred and fifty from the charity fund. Hazrath refused to accept the offer saying that alms (Zakat) is forbidden for the sadaath. Then the Nawab borrowed an amount of rupees 250 from his wife and presented it to Hazrath, with full respect, as tribute (Nazrana).

When he was 100 years old, he attended a Majlis-e-Marsia Khani in the month of Moharram. Hearing the details of sufferings of martyrs (shohda) and the difficulties they faced at 'Karbala' he felt pity. He was deeply hurt by the sufferings and wept bitterly till he became unconscious. People thought that his soul might have left his body. He awake from his unconsciousness after three days. He said that he had seen Hazrath Imam Hussain Razi Allahu Taala Anhu and touched his feet to get his blessings. He requested him to call him (Ameen Biabani) back for his service. He did not want to live any more years in the perishable world. Hazrath Imam Hussain Razi Allahu Taala Anhu gave him five flowers and said that when the flowers would fade away he would die. When he awake from his unconsciousness he found the five flowers near by him as he saw in his dream. The flowers remained fresh for five years. After five years the flowers fade away and with them he (Hazrath Ameen Biabani R.A.) too died. As he wished, the faded flowers were kept on the chest of his body and buried him in the grave.
